Attorney Brad Loper represented an individual charged with a stabbing death that occurred in the middle of the street.

The suspect was identified to the investigating officer by nickname.

Our investigation revealed that there were numerous individuals with the same nickname in that area. The only witness to the incident gave a different version of events every time she was interviewed.

Attorney Loper was able to prove to the District Attorney that they had charged the wrong individual and the case was dismissed.
