An international firm contacted our office about a number of issues they were having with contract workers who were supplied by a local company. During the course of our investigation, it was determined that there were a number of items missing. It was discovered that one of the contract laborers had been providing forged doctors notes to avoid work.

Our background expert, Polly Korzekwa, conducted background investigations on each of the suspected laborers finding that the majority of them had lengthy criminal history for drugs, theft and assault and over half of them had been to prison. The company supplying the laborers failed to perform due diligence on their applicants before sending them to our Client. All of the laborers involved were dismissed and a new company was hired to provide labor help.

We are currently conducting ongoing theft investigations in order to identify those individuals responsible for the missing inventory.
