An out of town Merchant who had two locations in Houston had suspicions that his area manager was stealing money from daily deposits involving cash. The Client had performed an audit which identified over $40,000 in missing cash.

Investigators conducted interviews with a number of employees who gave credence to the Merchant’s theory, providing information about how the manager controlled the deposits, paper trail and the checks received from Vendors.

Investigator Gradoni confronted the manager with the allegations along with the witness statements, which led him to confess to the thefts.

After compiling all of the reports, along with the confession, the evidence was provided to the Houston Police Department for the filing of charges.
