We were able to identify and interview two wit­nesses who stated that the defendant was with them at the club when the shots were fired.

Investigator Paul Wisdom interviewed an actual witness to the shooting, who identified the co-defendant as the actual shooter, stating that he saw the victim fall between two cars and the co-defendant stood over him, firing the fatal shots.

Based on our investigation Skip was able to get the Prosecutor to do the right thing and dismiss the case.
