Attorney Kim Ogg represented a father who was seeking full custody his children. The children’s mother had been previously ordered by the court to not associate with her Registered Sex Offender boyfriend.

Prior to the hearing Investigators surveilled the mother, documenting her spending the night with the Registered Sex Offender.

The Sex Offender was subpoenaed at his place of employment prior to the hearing, requesting that he bring all documents related to his prison stint and conviction, for assaulting a child, to court. After this occurred the mother ceased the litigation and voluntarily agreed to Kim’s client having custody.
