George Wellmaker determined that the Complainant had moved to Florida and was not coming back for trial. The one witness listed in the Police Report did not mirror the Complainant’s version of events, telling Wellmaker that the Defendant was telling the group of attackers to leave the Complainants alone. The same witness told Wellmaker he never saw anyone with weapons. The case was dismissed.
