Houston, TX Attorney Patricia “Patti” Sedita represented a defendant who was facing a long prison sentence for drug possession as a habitual offender.

A Top Investigator Takes the Case

Experienced private detective Benito Segura recreated the scene of the arrest by taking pictures of the defendant’s vehicle that proved the Houston Police Officers could not see into the vehicle and observe the defendant attempting to hide drugs as they claimed.

As a result of this fact situation, the case was dismissed.
