Attorney Skip Cornelius represented an individual who drove two individuals to a record shop where they killed the owner in the course of the Robbery. The defendant claimed all along that he had driven the pair over to the record shop, but he had no idea that they were going to commit a Robbery.

Gradoni & Associates Investigate the Murder

Benito Segura interviewed a majority of the witnesses and could find no one who could link the defendant to the crime. We also discovered that the record shop was actually a gambling establishment with a number of illegal eight liners. Skip was able to convince the District Attorney to offer a ten year term for Robbery.
