George Wellmaker interviewed a number of witnesses who knew that the Complainant, who owned the credit card, had actually given the credit card to the Defendant to use in order to enhance his goal to date the Defendant. We were able to obtain signed Affidavits from witnesses about the circumstances that Dick was able to utilize in his Grand Jury package to obtain a No Bill.

RESULT BASED ON INVESTIGATION: No Bill on Credit Card Abused Charges
