Attorney Jeffery Greco and Attorney Daniel Greaser represented two individuals charged with Aggravated Assault as a result of fight that occurred outside of a bar at closing time.

The Police were actually able to obtain a video of the fight.

Benito Segura interviewed a number of witnesses who verified that the Complainant, who appeared to be on drugs, was the aggressor.

George Wellmaker spoke to a witness who stated that the Complainant’s friend, not only struck him during the altercation but took money from his truck. All of the information was placed in a package and presented to a Grand Jury, who No Billed the Defendants.

RESULT BASED ON INVESTIGATION: Aggravated Assault Charges No Billed
