Our Investigation Team Gets Involved

George Wellmaker was able to determine that the only witness to the incident was homeless and could not be located. The Defendant’s husband told the Police when they arrived he did not want his wife arrested since the incident was a misunderstanding. The husband signed an Affidavit of Non-Prosecution.

The Prosecutor did the right thing dismissing the case and reuniting the happy couple.
