Attorney Robert Fickman and Attorney Stanley Schneider represented a Pasadena Independent School District bus driver who had run over a child on her way to school, causing the child’s death. The District Attorney pulled out all stops in an effort to make a terrible accident a crime.

Gradoni Detectives Investigate

Investigator Carey Wellmaker had interviewed a number of the witnesses who supported our position that the accident was just that, an accident. After the acquittal, the jurors told BULLDOG that in their opinion the experts for each side cancelled each other out and their decision to acquit came from the witness testimony.
